The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently announced that the filing fees for immigration benefits and services will change effective November 23, 2010. See New Application and Petition Fees Go Into Effect on Nov. 23, 2010, on the USCIS homepage for more information.
The following are the new fees applicable to the visa petitions filed by RCUH on or after 11/23/2010:
