SUBJECT: FY July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013 RCUH Fringe Benefits Schedule
Effective July 1, 2012 the RCUH Fringe Benefits Schedule will reflect the following changes:
- Increase in Unemployment Insurance rate – 0.60% of all salaries and wages for all employees. (Previously 0.48% of all salaries and wages for FY July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2012.)
- Increase in Workers Compensation Insurance rate – 2.75% of all salaries and wages for all employees, excluding Ship/Sea Operations crew. (Previously 1.10% of all salaries and wages for FY July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2012.)
Please plan accordingly for these changes. For further details see RCUH Policy #3.510 RCUH Fringe Benefits Schedule. All fringe benefit rate changes will be reflected in the July 1-15, 2012 pay period.
