NOTE:  This is only applicable for those that submitted Annual Performance Evaluations by the June 12, 2015 deadline who would like to provide their employees with pay increases effective July 1, 2015.

TO: Principal Investigators and Fiscal Administrators

The online Pay Award/Personnel Action Form (PA/PAF) is now available for use via the Human Resources Administrative Management Portal. All Principal Investigators who have submitted their employee’s Annual Performance Evaluations by the June 12, 2015 deadline who would like to provide their employees with pay increases effective July 1, 2015 must initiate and approve the online PA/PAF no later than July 9, 2015 (no exceptions).

We will open the PA/PAF application again from September 22, 2015 through October 9, 2015 for pay adjustments/awards with an effective date of October 1, 2015. We will make a formal announcement at a later time.
