We want to inform you of a change to eSign that will affect your use on January 2-3, 2025. The State of Hawaii Enterprise Technology Services will be migrating the RCUH eSign users group to a different license. The URL and your login email address and password will not be affected.

As of 4:00 p.m. HST, Thursday, January 2, 2025 through 7:00 a.m. HST, Friday, January 3, 2025, please do not send or retrieve eSign documents. Any pending documents will not be affected during the migration process.

We’d like to remind you that documents are archived in your manage tab for 365 days. As a best practice, you should copy the PDF of the executed document (found in the signed and filed email notification to you) to a safe and secure place.
