The RCUH Financial Portal is back in operation, but functionality is limited.  Financial Portal users should have the ability to view, create, and submit online purchasing, payment, and travel transactions.  However, Financial Portal users do not have the ability to create new vendors or access reports, and Fiscal Administrators do not have the ability to approve transactions. 

We are currently working with our vendor to resolve this issue and ask for your patience as we anticipate an extended period of time for this issue to be resolved.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your understanding.
