PDF versions for all online transactions approved on July 1, 2012 to the present date are now available in the RCUH Financial Portal.  PDF versions for online transactions approved June 30, 2012 and prior are available upon request by contacting Ricky Fujioka.

A PDF version of the online transaction is a snapshot of the document at the time of approval and is kept for archival purposes.  As RCUH continues to improve our system and make necessary modifications to our forms, the PDF version ensures that we have an exact copy of the document when it was approved. The PDF version will reflect the form in its state at the time of approval.  However, the online version will reflect the form in the current layout.
