Please note that effective July 1st, we have transitioned our Group Life Insurance (RCUH Policy 3.540) and Long Term Disability (RCUH Policy 3.570) from The Standard to MetLife.
What this means to RCUH employees and project staff:

- Update your Life Insurance Beneficiary on file using the RCUH Life Insurance Change Form (B-5L) (Section II: Life Insurance Beneficiary Designation) and return to RCUH Employee Benefits at [email protected]
