The University of Hawai‘i and RCUH have been working together to schedule all of our employees working and residing in Hawai‘i to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.
COVID-19 VACCINATIONS (Hawai‘i-based Employees Only)
COVID-19 vaccination update: This morning we were alerted by the UH that email notices are being sent out by COVID-19 Vaccination Providers to RCUH employees working in Hawai‘i. For O‘ahu employees, these emails may come from the Queen’s Health System, Hawai‘i Pacific Health, Adventist Health Castle, Kaiser Permanente or the City & County of Honolulu. For employees working and residing on Hawai‘i Island, Maui, Moloka‘i, Lanai and Kauai; your notices may come from your island’s COVID-19 Vaccination Provider. Many of you have already received an email from a provider and have already received your vaccination or have already scheduled your vaccination. The rest of you should be receiving an email in the coming days.
UH Email: The University of Hawai‘i sent out a notice this morning, please click here to read. Although, the message is addressed to the UH Ohana, this message also pertains to RCUH employees (Hawai‘i-based only). Please read and be aware of the circumstances described.
New hires: For new hires, we are still working to get all new hires on the vaccination schedule. We will update you as soon as we have information on that process.
If you have any questions, please contact RCUH HR Director Nelson Sakamoto at (808) 956-6965 or email [email protected].
