Pursuant to 3.410 RCUH 12-Month/Needs Based Performance Evaluations, all Regular-Status employees must receive an Annual Performance Evaluation. The evaluation period is July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, or October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.
Overview of changes/updates to the 2022 Performance Evaluation Form:
- Previous versions of the form were in Microsoft Excel format. The updated form is now a PDF with Adobe electronic signature capabilities in the Employee, Supervisor, Principal Investigator, and RCUH Human Resource sections.
- Rather than having two different versions (previously referred to as the Short and Long Forms), there is one uniformed, two-page form.
- Text to fit capabilities in the Employee Performance Narrative section, allowing for more flexibility for additional feedback without text being cut off.
Note: Evaluations completed on previous versions of the form will still be accepted.
Submitting Performance Evaluation Forms: RCUH is working on a new feature that will allow HR Portal users to electronically upload (eUpload) performance evaluations and other documents via the HR Portal. We anticipate that this feature will be available by the first week of August. We highly encourage PIs and Supervisors to use the eUpload function to submit performance evaluations.
Due Date: Performance Evaluations are due Friday, September 16, 2022.
