RCUH’s Tuition Expense Reimbursement Program offers educational assistance to support continuous learning to eligible employees. Employees are encouraged to seek and acquire educational training that is directly applicable to their job at any campus of the University of Hawaii system or another accredited institution of higher education (if a comparable course is not offered through the University of Hawaii system). This employer-paid benefit program is on a reimbursement basis, so employees must first pay for tuition fees and may submit a reimbursement application for eligible out-of-pocket tuition costs.
